Full payment is required to confirm your order.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to payment issues or bulk purchase concerns).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location or courier delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged/wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with an unboxing video and photo proof.

6. Custom Orders

Custom/personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Advance payment is required for all custom requests.
