Tracking:

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll keep you updated!

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, as our items are handmade and made-to-order.

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

In case of a damaged or wrong item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos.

We'll be happy to replace or resolve the issue at the earliest.

No returns or exchanges for size, color variations, or change of mind, as minor variations are part of handmade charm.

Custom Orders:

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
